Returns & Refunds

Every Petrichor piece is made by hand, in small batches, with care. Please read this policy before purchasing.

All Sales on Candles & Subscription Boxes Are Final Because each candle is hand-cast, hand-poured, and cured specifically for its batch, we are unable to accept returns on signature candles or Sanctuary subscription boxes. No two vessels are identical — slight variations in color, texture, and finish are not defects. They are evidence of how it was made.

Refills & Gift Sets Unopened refill inserts and gift sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds on returned items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

The Petrichor Discovery Set Unopened Discovery Sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Once opened, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will make it right — a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellations The Sanctuary subscription may be cancelled at any time with no fees or questions. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month's box. Once a box has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
