Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to US addresses only.
Processing & Handling Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Each order is carefully packed by hand before it leaves our studio in Lewisville, Texas. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the safest, most reliable delivery for your order.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us — we are happy to help investigate.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Petrichor Candle Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Subscription Shipping Sanctuary subscription boxes ship once per month from Lewisville, Texas. Subscribers will receive a tracking number when their box ships. Subscription boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping.
